Delivery Windows

Every confirmed order carries a delivery date and a time window. We aim to arrive within that window and will contact you if circumstances change.

Access Requirements

The access route must be firm, drained and wide enough for the confirmed tanker size, with a safe turning and discharge area. Please advise at booking if access is restricted so we can allocate a suitable unit.

Receiving the Delivery

An authorised person must be present to direct the discharge point and sign the delivery note. The delivery note records the date, time, volume, tanker and receiver name.

Waiting Time

A reasonable free waiting period is allowed on arrival. Extended waiting caused by site conditions may be charged at the applicable rate.

Failed Deliveries

If our tanker attends and cannot discharge because of site access, absence of a receiver or an unsuitable fill point, the trip may be charged and rescheduling arranged.

Emergency Deliveries

Emergency requests are prioritised. A dispatch window is confirmed at the time of the call and actual arrival depends on distance and access.
