Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled before the tanker is dispatched are not charged. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your reference number.

After Dispatch

Once a tanker has been dispatched, a cancellation may be charged in whole or in part to cover the trip. We will always tell you the position before applying a charge.

Contract Rotations

Individual deliveries within a contract rotation may be paused with reasonable notice as set out in the supply agreement.

Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible and offer the earliest available alternative window at no additional cost.
